I've been in the mortgage business for over 7 years now and the one thing I know for sure is that, as a customer, you need a loan officer who knows and understands the mortgage business. That's exactly who we are here at Southwest Funding of Arkansas. My beautiful wife Kari is also our branch processor. When we started working together over 4 years ago everyone said we were crazy and we'd kill each other. Boy, were they wrong! Kari is so good at quickly moving a loan from a bare bones file to a beautiful submission package and I am great at figuring out where to place a loan and how it needs to be structured to get approved. Together we are one heck of a mortgage team! Many of our clients just want their loan to close and move on, which is perfectly fine with us, but for many we come to know them pretty intimately over the course of their loan process and in the end we find that we have made some new friends. To us, there is nothing more satisfying than exceeding our customer's expectations and earning their respect. We know that once we have earned your respect we have also earned your repeat and referral business and that is, after all, how we plan on being successful for years to come.
